Meet Map Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meet Map, including our website and mobile apps. Meet Map is operated by SOVIN LUCAR MEDIA LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using Meet Map, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your location) to use Meet Map. If you are under 18, you should use Meet Map only with permission from a parent or guardian.

2) Accounts

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account in the app or by following the steps on our account deletion page.

3) User Content

Meet Map lets users post events, photos, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
• Promotes dangerous, illegal, or reckless driving or street racing.
• Infringes someone else's rights, including copyright and privacy rights.
• Contains malware, spam, scams, or misleading information.
• Impersonates another person or organization.

4) Events And Real-World Activity

Event listings on Meet Map are posted by users. We do not organize, supervise, or guarantee any meet, show, cruise, or other gathering. You participate in real-world events at your own risk and must follow all applicable laws, venue rules, and traffic safety laws.

5) Moderation

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action when we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, or protect users and the service. We are not obligated to monitor all content.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or scrape the service in unauthorized ways.
• Interfere with Meet Map's operation, security, or performance.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission.

7) Third-Party Services

Meet Map may link to or integrate third-party services such as maps, hosting, and authentication providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

8) Disclaimers

Meet Map is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information will be accurate or current.

9) Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOVIN LUCAR MEDIA LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Meet Map or participation in events discovered through Meet Map.

10) Termination

You may stop using Meet Map at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Meet Map after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies.
